SHUTTLE PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS – IAH AIRPORT
Please read carefully to avoid delays in your transportation.
DO NOT GO TO THE RENTAL CAR CENTER. STAY ON YOUR TERMINAL.
Pick-Up Areas
Follow the instructions for each terminal to arrive at the exit door marked Parking Shuttles.
PICK-UP ONLY IN TERMINAL A AND C SHUTTLE AREA.
Terminal A – Pick-Up Location
Exit Door: A-115 (Lower Level – Shuttle Area)
Shuttle Type: White or black shuttle labeled “24hrs Hotel Shuttle”
Once you pick up your luggage, proceed directly to the exit and wait in the designated area.
Terminal C – Pick-Up Location
Exit Door: C-105 (Lower Level – Shuttle Area)
Shuttle Type: White or black shuttle labeled “24hrs Hotel Shuttle”
After collecting your luggage, go to the exit door and wait in the marked shuttle area.
Shuttle Service Details
Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Frequency: Every 25 minutes
